We ended up leaving without getting anything. After waiting another five minutes at our table outside, with no waiter coming over, we gave up and went back. We'd already sat there about ten minutes near the hotel's bar, trying to get someone's attention. Several waiters passed by, and I’m pretty sure they saw us making eye contact and signaling, but nobody stopped to take our order. My friend asked at the bar if we could order there, and they said no. We’d only come in for a drink after hiking, so the whole experience was disappointing.

The breakfast had a huge range of choices each day, and there was plenty to suit what we needed. We really loved the place, both the accommodation and the lovely surroundings. I’d wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone.

We got there at 23:50 even though the reception closes at 22:00. Booking.com had somehow let me reserve at 21:21, so we called the manager, who came over and gave us our room. Really appreciate that customer-focused help. Five out of five. See you)

The restaurant food was a real surprise. We tried a few different dishes and every one was excellent, and the service was great too. We spent two nights here and had a very pleasant stay. The room was comfortable and clean, with a beautiful view. Breakfast had plenty of fresh, delicious choices. The location worked well for us, about 5min from the therma and close to lots of hiking options.

The staff were especially lovely, always kind and ready to help. My friend and I had a really pleasant stay in this nice place. Our cozy room had modern furniture and a high quality shower. Since it’s right by the lake, we could enjoy breakfast with a lovely view of the water and mountains.
