Landferienhaus Linde

I only managed one night this time, which was a shame. Linda and Douw’s place was just as beautiful, cozy, and peaceful as I remembered from my first visit. It’s such a good spot to get away from everyday noise, relax, and enjoy the nature around you. I’ll stay longer next time! :)

The nights in Langenbach were so romantic and a little mystical, and I’m still carrying the good effects of my trip to the Thuringian Forest with me. My stay at l Landferienhaus Linde was enriching in so many ways: time in nature, learning new things, lovely vegetarian food, and warm conversations with Linda, Anouk, Douw, and the other guests. Thanks for all those wonderful days and nights. See you again! :)

We had some really lovely evenings here. The hosts were kind and helpful, and you can order a meal from them and eat together. That felt unusual to me at first, but turned out to be a great experience. The rooms had everything we needed. The setting is beautiful, quiet, and close to nature, with hiking and motorcycle routes starting nearby. I can highly recommend it.

Douw and Linda are just lovely people. They’re happy to help, always open to a chat, and never push themselves on you. During our two weeks, they shared lots of local information and hiking suggestions, made delicious meals, and even brought the daily rolls to our door. When we needed a baking dish and whisk, we could borrow them from the hosts. They really do what they can to make your stay pleasant. We stayed in the spacious apartment, with good beds and a well-equipped kitchen. It was a great visit in beautiful countryside, with plenty of lovely walks and bike rides, either straight from Landferienhaus Linde or about a half-hour drive away. There were almost no tourists around.
