They were very accommodating when our son and small dog joined us at the last minute. They understood and had an extra bed ready in our room before we arrived. The room was nice and clean, and the restaurant was very good. Breakfast was included in the price, with plenty to choose from: fresh fruit, cappuccino, and more. The sunny breakfast room was lovely. We had dinner outside in the evening, and the staff were helpful and the food delicious. We tried the lamb and a special German salad.

The staff were friendly and quick, and breakfast was great. The rooms are spacious, but it gets noisy when people talk in the restaurant or reception area. The shower also spilled into the rest of the bathroom, and the heating didn’t work properly, so it got really cold at night. The location is pretty good for exploring the southern Black Forest, though there isn’t much else to do nearby.

We arrived at 19:30, with the kitchen closing at 20:00, but they still served us a lovely dinner in the courtyard. The Bayerische dreierlei vegetarisch was great, and the salad was to die for! The bed was great too, and breakfast was good. A great hotel for the trip home from holiday. Yes, recommended!

So clean and cozy here. The cute breakfast alone gets a 10/10 from me, especially those tiny butter portions in astonishingly small 'weck' jars. I’d visit again anytime!

The room was large and spacious, and the restaurant serves amazing traditional meals. A lovely hotel in the southern Black Forest in Germany.
