The beer was just right, and we really enjoyed the meals too. There were vegetarian choices, which still aren't a given everywhere in Germany. It's a small, traditional restaurant and bar, with rooms available.

The traditional atmosphere and friendly service made the visit, and the German food was delicious. Definitely worth stopping by.

Dinner was fantastic, and save room for dessert, the ice cream made me want more. Breakfast was very royal, too. This is a lovely little 'Hotel' with cute rooms, though the toilet being out in the hallway is why I'd give it four stars. We can only recommend the Braustùbchen. I've never eaten this well in Germany.

Right in the heart of Schlitz, this is such a cosy restaurant. The Schitzels were the best I've ever had!

The portions are generous and the food is really good. They do go a little heavy on the salt, though.
