The food was good, but the service could've been much better. We came on Wednesday for "unlimited ribs," but they ran out. We only got a few ribs and were still charged full price. I'm still hungry...

We had a reservation for several people at 8pm. The kitchen already knew how many ribs were left when we arrived, but no one warned our large group. If we'd known they were nearly out, we could have come another day. Instead, halfway through the meal, they came over and said, "The ribs are over, we can not do anything." Is it fair to advertise one thing when the reality is different? We gave one star because the group was treated without respect or empathy. If you can't keep track of your stock, improve your management. Customers shouldn't have to pay for your mistake. On Wednesday, the "endless ribs" ended while we were still eating, and we had to pay the same price after getting only two more. It's absurd. Disappointed.
