The location is a real plus, and the windows are new. But the building looks like an old East German block, with an exterior that seems neglected, almost dilapidated. Inside, some dishes were chipped, glasses were cracked, and there was mold in the shower grout. A musty smell hit as soon as I walked in. Even with the low asking price, I didn't think the value matched what was offered. Cheap? Not in my view.
