The staff made us feel more like family than customers. They were warm, helpful and accommodating throughout our stay, and the food and service were exceptional. We also loved the mountain views, the beautiful surroundings and our well-equipped room. It was our first time in the area and a wonderful experience. We’d happily come back and recommend the hotel to anyone staying nearby.

We felt like royalty here, and the gorgeous rooms and perfect pools were a big part of that. From the moment we arrived, the views and relaxed atmosphere made the place feel special. The food, drinks and service were incredible, and the team went out of their way to make our anniversary magical. We loved this wellness resort and will be back.

The restaurant was a highlight, with generous portions and amazing food at breakfast, light lunch, afternoon cake and the gourmet dinner included each day. The staff were welcoming and professional. A couple of things could be improved: the dining room was quite hot, and the AC or fans could be stronger. English menus would also help. We were given one, but since seating wasn’t fixed, often had to use Google Translate when we got a German menu. Our room was spacious, with a lovely balcony, though the bathroom was tighter. The first pillows were thin and soft, but when we asked for firmer ones, staff brought two more options. There’s no AC in the rooms, which we expected in a German and Swiss hotel, but a fan in the wardrobe helped us sleep. The pool was a nice place to cool off and relax between day trips during the hot August weather. The hotel is gorgeous, with lovely decor and views over the forest and mountains from the room, pool area and dining terrace. The lake is close enough to walk to, though we drove the 5 minutes. We’d gladly return. Highly recommended 👍👍👍
