We had a wonderful Christmas at the guesthouse, and we’re very grateful to Susi and her family. It’s in a pretty little town near beautiful Lake Königsee, with mountains all around. The guesthouse was clean and the rooms were lovely, tastefully decorated. You can tell the owners take great care of the house and their guests. I highly recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, welcoming guest house. The location is TOP, within walking distance of the town center, the best restaurants, the public swimming pool, and the bus stop. Our beds were comfortable, the rooms clean, and the balcony views breathtaking. Breakfast was delicious, thoughtfully prepared, and had a good selection, with different things offered throughout the week. The host was available for questions, tips, and recommendations. Mornings were so peaceful from our comfortable room, with its stunning view of the Grünstein and other mountains. The room was tidied almost as soon as we left each day. Breakfast was lovely, with fresh Brötchen and a nice selection of meats, cheese, and condiments. The bus stop, a few shops, and restaurants are nearby, and it’s easy to reach Königsee or Berchtesgaden in 10-15 minutes. We finished each evening with a drink on the patio, surrounded by those gorgeous views.
