The apartment was spotless and well cared for, and we felt welcome straight away. Our hosts were so warm and kind, and clearly put a lot into making sure we had what we needed. It's quiet but central, with easy access to the surrounding area and a lovely view that made mornings special, whether we were watching the sunrise or looking out at nature. Bus connections are excellent, and the guest card lets you use public transport for free, so exploring the region without a car was simple. We spent a few unforgettable days here and wholeheartedly recommend it.

The terrace was a real highlight, with a breathtaking mountain view to enjoy over morning coffee. The surroundings were peaceful and beautiful, and Lake Königssee was a 15-minute walk through the woods. We loved walking in the countryside and spending time in nature. The Heinzelmann family welcomed us warmly when we arrived for our stay from May 30th to June 2nd, 2023. They were very hospitable, gave us all the information we needed, and clearly cared about their guests' comfort. The apartment was charming, clean, and furnished with care, creating a cozy atmosphere. We felt welcome and appreciated our stay very much. Many thanks to the Heinzelmann family. We'd love to return and highly recommend the apartment.
