I haven't stayed at Landhotel Mühle, but I can vouch for the customer service. I booked in a hurry and only realized after choosing a non-refundable booking that I’d made a mistake. I called quickly, and they kindly cancelled it and gave me a full refund. Much appreciated, thanks!

We slept really well in this quiet spot, and the restaurant was great value. The "fish surprise" was tasty perch and salmon with rice and vegetables for 18 euros. Breakfast was simple but complete, with eggs made to order and a cold buffet. The friendly family runs this little hotel and restaurant in the Black Forest. There’s also a sauna, but we were too busy exploring lovely Gersbach to use it. The rooms are simple and pleasant, as long as you can forgive the typical German and Swiss habit of putting two separate beds, mattresses, and duvets together as a "double bed." Couples are kept firmly apart... mmmhhhh...

The view was nice, and my room was clean and quite large. The WiFi was slow, though. Maybe that's why it's called a nature park hotel. Keep away from 3C and pay attention to your surroundings.
