We'd spent the night before in Rothenburg ob der Tauber, but preferred the village and river area of Schwäbisch Hall. Traveling with our family, we found the hotel very accommodating, and Sebastian and his team gave us A+ service. He helped with the kids' needs and sorted out issues with my car charger. The hotel has high-quality finishes, comfortable beds, and an amazing restaurant. What a fantastic surprise, we were really impressed with our stay.

The three-course menu was outstanding, and the creams from the house were splendid. The hotel is in a very calm area, with modern decor and kind, welcoming staff who were fully able to communicate in English. I have to admit, the place met and even exceeded my expectations.

I arrived in Schwabish Hall at 11 p.m. after Deutsche Bahn left me with nowhere to go. This was the only hotel that could offer me a room, and they also helped with a taxi and room service. The receptionist was polite and nice, and my room was clean with quite good design. I'd say the place exceeded my expectations.

The Reber family have earned their reputation for warm hospitality and delicious food. Reber's Pflug is the best place to stay in Schwäbisch Hall, and the restaurant is exceptionally good too. Thoroughly recommended.

We had a fantastic time, and the room-and-dinner package was great value. This was the best hotel we stayed in. Definitely worth a detour in the Rhine valley.
