We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would gladly recommend it. The apartment was cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully furnished, with everything we needed. Its location worked perfectly for getting around by car to places like Sankt Peter-Ording, the Friedrichskoog seal sanctuary, Husum, the Hüttener Berge, Flensburg, Kiel, Friedrichstadt, the Kiel Canal, and the Hamburger Hallig. Ellen & Ingo welcomed us warmly and shared some great ideas for outings. A real insider tip!

The apartment was much more spacious than we expected, with a well-equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, and pleasant decor. We felt at home, relaxed properly, and enjoyed every day. We picked it mainly for the location and took day trips to places within 50-80 km, including Flensburg, SPO, and Kiel. Both hosts were fantastic, and Ingo regularly gave us useful suggestions for our outings. It's a great fit for couples wanting a high standard of living. We'd definitely return if we vacation in Schleswig-Holstein again.

Hello dear Ellen and Ingo 💐, We really enjoyed the week with you and felt at home in your lovely apartment. The bike trip was a highlight too. Warmest wishes to Susi 😻. One small suggestion: could you reconsider the €10 washing machine fee? It seems like a lot for one load, sorry 😉. I also missed a little welcome gesture for guests, maybe wine, flowers, a small loaf of bread, or homemade jam 🙂. Even so, I can highly recommend your place and will keep doing so. Thanks for such a relaxing week. Warm regards from Michael and Katja 🤗

We really didn't lack for anything during our stay. The apartment was quiet, spacious, and very clean, in a peaceful setting. The landlords were friendly and always available. Five stars are well deserved. Thank you, Ellen and Ingo, for such a lovely time. Hans-Jürgen and Angelika
