We found shops nearby, and parking across the street was a real plus. The staff made collecting the key simple even though we got there fairly late. The apartment is on the top floor, so keep in mind there’s no elevator. It was spacious and comfortable, just right for our group of five stopping overnight halfway through a journey. The castle, about a 10-minute walk away, was especially impressive in its winter atmosphere. A great stop while traveling :)

It was so easy to explore Schwerin on foot from here. The view of the castle was enchanting, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Everyone on staff was friendly and ready to help. Breakfast was freshly made, with a nice range of choices, and was a lovely start to each day. My stay at Pension Am Schloss felt truly refreshing.

We were let into the apartment straight away even though we arrived more than two hours early, which made us very happy with the accommodation. It’s a good spot, just a short walk from sightseeing and shopping. Walking to and from the train station was manageable too.

The staff were excellent, the view was beautiful, and the location was great. The room was lovely and the beds were comfortable. I’d definitely stay again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and I’d be happy to stay here again. It’s well placed for the town centre. One thing to bear in mind is that there’s no lift, which could be a problem for some people, especially on the fourth floor.
