Hotel Brasserie Chaussee

I’ve stayed here and had dinner more than 20 times, and I’m still excited every time I come back. The restaurant is cozy, and the beer garden is always a tempting place to have a beer. If you’re lucky, you might share a beer or glass of wine with the friendly owner. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and have large showers. Dinner is delicious, freshly prepared, and varied, and breakfast is fantastic. You can park right in the courtyard. No other hotel for miles around brings all of this together.

I stayed one night here before driving back from Freiburg to Lüneburg. My room was quiet and lovely, with comfortable furnishings and a very nice bathroom and shower. The staff were friendly, and both dinner and breakfast were excellent. They even sent me off with three apples and two bananas for the journey, free of charge. Highly recommended!

From my first day, the owner made me feel at home with such a warm welcome. The whole place has a friendly, family feel, and the staff pay close attention to guests’ well-being. I highly recommend this hotel! 👍

It’s amazing what they’ve created in the heart of Seeheim. Over the years, the whole house has become a lovely little hotel and restaurant, with seven carefully furnished rooms and a bathroom in each. Everything was spotless and up to date, with fresh, fluffy towels waiting in the room. Check-in was easy, and the host was so friendly that I felt welcome right away. A wonderful place to stay if you want to visit your old stomping grounds ❤️
