We only stopped in for a quick meal while staying at the hotel, so we came in without expectations. The food turned out fantastic, and those sauces were so good I could've licked the bowl clean ;) The atmosphere was great, service was quick, and the prices were fair. Highly recommend.

The rooms were very clean, but the walls are thin and it got pretty noisy. The Wi-Fi also wasn't good enough for Teams calls. I asked about it before arriving and again when I got there, but my calls kept dropping, which was really embarrassing.

Pharos has been my best experience in Germany so far. The food was all cooked really well, and the recipes had thoughtful touches and personal improvements to the originals. Service, products, and atmosphere were all high quality, making it a lovely place for families. Definitely worth a visit if you're travelling around Hamburg!

The staff at the front were nice, and the food looked good. Breakfast was simple and nice too. The rooms are on the small side and a little dark, though they're new and clean. A nice spot for a layover.
