Lake Senftenberg is around a 15-minute walk away, and the harbor takes about 25 minutes to reach on foot. Shops are close too. The grounds are gated and fenced, so the car is secure, and bikes can be kept in a separate locked room. Each of the four clean, well-equipped houses has a little terrace and window screens. The sauna wasn't available during our stay, which was a pity. The setting is less appealing: the complex sits in a new housing development, with a school on one side, a daycare on the other, and a youth club to the north.

The house was very clean, well cared for, and equipped with everything we needed, and the landlady was really friendly. Still, the location didn't work well for our family. It's in the middle of a residential neighborhood, so we needed the car for every outing. We also couldn't see why the place is called a “holiday park.”

It's so peaceful here, even though the center is close by. The houses and the whole complex are lovely, and the landlords are incredibly friendly. We’re about to come for our third visit and can’t wait. Such a nice place to relax and unwind. See you soon!

We definitely won't book the loft again. It's basically one room for everything, with barely enough space to sleep. The bathroom is only about 1x1 meter, the sink is just 30 cm wide, and the shower is open with no curtain, like something from a factory. The name “holiday park” is misleading, since this is four nicely furnished houses in the middle of a new development. Don't mix it up with the “family park.” The answer is incorrect.

Everything was in great condition and very clean, and we'd happily stay again. The apartments are nicely furnished, and the central location makes it easy to get to the lake, shops, and attractions. A lovely complex.
