The staff were excellent, the food was wonderful, and the rooms feel luxurious. But the Wi-Fi was almost unusable in my second-floor room and in the lobby. I was there on a business trip for a conference, so that really affected my stay. That's unacceptable for a conference hotel and should be easy to fix.

The breakfast was yum, and both restaurants were great. The schnitzel and salmon were divine, but the spinach side dish was on another level, Michelin quality 😀. The rooms were fine, though what really made the difference was the absolutely fab service from such caring staff. Thank you!

I slept better here than at any hotel I've ever stayed in. I'd have given 5 stars, but I forgot to check the mattress brand, then emailed the hotel to ask. They never replied. Happy to raise the star if they send me the info 😀

The hotel was comfortable and my room had plenty of space. I also liked how friendly the staff were and how good the service was. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby, with the train station about a 10 minute walk away. I'd recommend staying here.

Breakfast was tasty and had a good choice, and the clean room had everything I needed. I was only here for one night, but enjoyed it and liked being close to the center. Parking was okay, though the hotel spaces weren't clearly marked, especially the private ones, which were signposted only in German. For a hotel with international guests, English signs would help. The gate is quite narrow, so be careful. I couldn't figure out the AC controls, even though I'm a very technical person. Would recommend.
