Hochgallinger Hof

The girls, aged 4 and 7, were delighted by the horses and always found something to do in the meadows, by the garage, or on the playground. We all felt at home right away with this incredibly welcoming family. The apartment was cozy, clean, and very well equipped. We had fun sharing barbecue and burgers, and getting to help with the stable work. The riding lessons taught us a lot, and we were impressed by how lovingly and professionally the horses were handled. We’ve rarely seen horses so happy, well groomed, and well behaved. The farm is also ideally placed for excursions. It was a fantastic week with nothing to complain about. We’ll definitely be back!

Even though we were only passing through on this second visit, we came away with nothing but good things to say. Gerti and her family are so friendly that you feel at home straight away, and the children were fascinated by the horses, goats, cats, and rabbit. The rooms are charming and very clean, breakfast is delicious and plentiful, and the countryside around the farm is stunning. We’d recommend it and will certainly return. Best wishes from Magdeburg.

The children had plenty to keep them busy with the animals and playground equipment, and we enjoyed evenings barbecuing together. At Hochgallinger Hof, the apartment was cozy, the setting quiet and ideal for excursions, and the riding lessons were professional. The hosts were warm and helpful, and everyone in our family, young and old, felt comfortable during our week. Highly recommended!

We could see the horse paddock from the terrace of the Rosenblüte holiday apartment. It was spacious, clean, lovely, and well equipped. There were lots of animals for the children to pet, the riding lessons were excellent, and the hosts were very kind. We had a wonderful week and would love to come back!
