The food was delicious at both dinner and breakfast. The beef was tender and full of flavor, and there’s a range of venison dishes on the menu. The Black Forest ham at breakfast was incredible. This is a real family-run business that’s been going for generations. Our room was large and comfortable, and had recently been refurbished to a high standard. The welcome and service were excellent, and our host went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. Highly recommended.

The location is lovely, and breakfast was great. I had the best soup there, so fresh!

In such a rustic setting, I expected something simpler. The elaborate menu felt a little too fancy and overpriced.
