Breakfast had a huge range of delicious options, and the friendly staff were happy to help. My room was accessible, quiet, and comfortable. The whole hotel was beautifully clean, with thoughtful details and little touches that made it feel like home. One of the most comfortable places I've stayed. I really enjoyed my visit and hope to return someday. Thank you.

Breakfast was included and very good, and dinner costs extra but is good too. The hotel was super clean, the staff friendly, and it's close to Soest center. Rooms are light and ventilated. We missed having a refrigerator, but otherwise the room was good for the price.

We had dinner in the restaurant too, and enjoyed the unpretentious cooking, attentive service, and good value. Hotel Susato made a brilliant overnight stop, with good parking, friendly service, a clean, comfortable room, and a good breakfast buffet. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay at a great price. Recommended.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and the breakfast buffet had a good range of tasty food. My room was clean and nice, with a small desk and a large wall-mounted TV. There's a bar, a sauna relaxation area, and several function rooms. The restaurant serves nice food, with outdoor seating when the weather allows. Hotel Susato sits just south of Soest's pleasant old center, about a 15-minute walk through the park. Every couple of years, the spectacular medieval Soester Fehde (Feud) festival takes place there. There's a large parking area, P2, next to the hotel, and part of the festival uses the park across the ring road.
