At 8 PM, we found the hotel entrance, but there was nobody around and the reception was empty. A phone number on a piece of paper by the glass door was the only way to reach anyone; we called several times and got no answer. We even walked around looking for another entrance or someone who could help, with no luck. Our prepaid Hotels.com booking had been confirmed two weeks before, and the hotel hadn't sent any message explaining check-in times or what to do on arrival. Stay away. Sleeping in your car would be a better option. Absolutely terrible.

The staff were lovely and spoke English well, which helped since my German isn't good. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the wheelchair-accessible room was very nice. Beautiful location, and a very pleasant stay. 😊

The restaurant was quite nice, with a variety of food. The hotel felt like a nice resort, and the staff and management were excellent.

There often wasn't anyone at reception at night, so the hotel should provide a 24/7 reception. The Wi-Fi speed also needs work, it's very poor.
