We had Apartment No. 4, and I wouldn’t recommend it to a couple or family, especially with a child. The bed was completely worn out, and some areas were very dusty and dirty. The living room was cozy, and the bathroom was very well equipped, but the apartment is right by the main road. There was Wi-Fi, but the connection was so poor it was unusable, making work impossible. We also couldn’t get answers to our questions because communication with the landlord was nonexistent. It seems fine for tradespeople. We were told Apartment No. 1 housed a prostitute.

The place was hard to find because the published photo showed the rear, and the fact that it’s on the main road and unrenovated wasn’t shown. Communication with the landlord was very poor, and the key didn’t fit until we got a replacement. The apartment was heated to 27 degrees Celsius and smelled terrible. Renovation was very poor, with some curtains and blinds torn off. The whole yard was full of people described as Eastern European workers, so it seemed the place was intended for them.
