We booked this apartment for 14 days in September, but couldn’t use the upstairs shower at all because of a technical fault. That also made it virtually impossible to use the sauna. The online photos suggest an attractive holiday apartment, but that wasn’t what we found. The TV is hard to see, there are no curtains so people in the other apartment can look in, and there’s only one beach chair for everyone. With those issues, I don’t think the price is justified at all.

A cute little apartment, though it could do with a more professional clean. Otherwise, we liked it. It’s not right by the beach, but with a dog you can walk through the woods to get to the water, which is lovely for the dog. All in all, highly recommend it if you’re okay with a bit of walking.

The apartment looked fantastic in the pictures, but our experience was very disappointing for the price. The distance to town and the swimming pool is manageable by bike in summer, though too far for us to walk in winter. We booked holiday apartment S for ten days in summer, and while it was furnished quite nicely, there were several problems. Cleanliness was poor: the cushions had yellow sweat stains, so we had to wash them on arrival; there were silverfish in the coffee machine, and the terrace ashtray still had the previous guests’ cigarettes. The bathroom was worn and not very clean either. With all the rain, a musty, damp smell developed inside. There was no proper storage for shoes in the hall or toiletries in the bathroom, so we were constantly shifting things around in the cramped lower level. The sofa and TV setup also didn’t work well for two people. We had to squeeze onto the sofa’s long side or push it sideways in front of the patio door. The Wi-Fi didn’t work properly for us either.

Quiet and charming, with a lovely terrace, this practical little apartment worked perfectly for two. It’s well placed, and everything is easy to get to by bike.
