The spa was a real highlight, with modern, well-kept facilities, several saunas, places to relax, and treatments that helped me unwind. I also enjoyed the restaurant: the food was tasty, nicely presented, and made with high-quality ingredients. Every meal felt special. Hotel Hammermühle sits in the lovely Thuringian countryside, and waking up to the quiet surroundings felt magical. My room was spacious, spotless, and tastefully decorated. The staff were friendly and attentive from the moment I arrived, and made me feel at home. I was invited by the owner, who’s a friend of mine, which made the stay even more meaningful. A peaceful place to get away and recharge. Thanks, Tony.

The bathroom had been freshly renovated, and the room was clean with a comfortable bed. A nice place. Dinner was about a 3 out of 5 for me, though the Ukrainian waiter was very polite. I’ve had better breakfasts.
