Apartment Villa Elisa

The apartment has lovely high ceilings, and the river is right next door.

We could walk into the center of Bad Kreuznach, and bus stops nearby also connect to Bad Münster. The holiday home itself was clean and roomy, with a lovely terrace. We found everything we needed in the kitchen, including a coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. The beds, mattresses, and pillows were comfortable, and the bathroom was in perfect shape with towels provided. Many thanks to the hosts. We'll come back with friends.

The spot is great, right by the bike path and spa park, with a playground about 50 meters away that families will appreciate. We felt at ease there and would recommend it. Our ground-floor apartment was spacious, with large rooms and simple furnishings. Parking was plentiful. There was just one bathroom with a toilet, which worked for our group of four, but an apartment that can sleep eight really needs a separate toilet. The bathroom is reached through one of the rooms. The wooden floor creaked whenever someone got up to use it at night, which could bother light sleepers. I also needed a sleep mask because the rooms weren't easy to darken.

The villa is in a lovely spot by the park, and the path along the Nahe River starts right beside it. The town center is close, and there was parking at the house. We rented both the ground and first floors for 12 adults and 2 children, a great fit for a large family. The two apartments had matching furnishings, balconies facing the garden and park, plenty of pots, plates, and cutlery, and reliable Wi-Fi. The landlord was friendly and easy to deal with. Even when it was 30 degrees Celsius outside, the big house stayed comfortable. The only small hassle was that each bathroom could only be reached through a room, which was the children's bunk-bed room. The landlord said historic preservation rules prevented adding another bathroom entrance. It wasn't a real problem for us, and we'd definitely stay again.
