The shower was broken, and toilet paper wasn't replenished during the first weeks. At night, loud music from the restaurant went on until 4 am. In the morning, the cleaning lady woke me by coming in without knocking.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well equipped, and breakfast started early. Check-out was simple, which made leaving early easy. I stopped at Hotel Alex with my wife on the way back from a motorcycle trip to Italy. Though the place looks quite modest, Alex had the paperwork ready for my signature even though I'd booked on a phone app just 30 minutes earlier from a fast-food restaurant. The owner and staff were welcoming, answered my questions, and helped with everything. The pub restaurant served good food and excellent local beer at fair prices. You get what you pay for, and a little more. I'd happily stay again.

The rooms are lovely, and the staff are really friendly. It's an absolutely stunning place, and the food is always fantastic. Thanks so much, Alex, for a great stay at your hotel. I'll have to come back!

The room comes with a big TV, a microwave, and tableware. The host is very kind. If I visit Ingolstadt again, I'll stay at Hotel Alex.

Small but warm, clean, and pleasant room. Breakfast was generous, and the surroundings were peaceful. Very nice, I'd recommend it.
