The rural setting is lovely, and everything was clean and well looked after. The restrooms are especially nicely designed. The parking area is a little confusing, though there's enough space. This long-established building seems to be used mostly for larger events now, and it's very well suited to them. Staff work efficiently and know what needs doing and where.

The buffet came out exactly as we'd pictured it during the early planning, and it was simply delicious. We were fortunate to have our wedding here on June 8th, 2024, and the food and service were outstanding. The staff were dedicated and helpful, and our guests were looked after so well. The owner was kind and committed, and even let the celebration run longer. We really appreciated that. Huge thanks for a fantastic day. Highly recommended! :)

We stayed in two double rooms, and breakfast the next morning was lovely. Homemade jam and carefully arranged cold cuts and cheeses came right to the table, a great way to start the day. We'd happily recommend the place and come back. We were guests at a wonderful wedding the day before, and the innkeepers went above and beyond. Service was friendly and efficient, and the timing and food were all excellent. The hotel has double rooms with breakfast.
