Hotel & Restaurant Raisch

The little details are a big part of why we keep ordering from the Thai Restaurant in Hotel Raisch. They pack the meals so beautifully that even the takeout looks appetizing, and dinner has come with a complimentary chilled bottle of wine each time we've ordered. The owners and staff clearly put thought into how they treat their customers, and the service is friendly and GREAT. The food's always been delicious, too. We especially like the Grilled Sea Bass and Crispy Duck with vegetables, and finish with sweet sticky Jasmine rice, ripe mango, and sweetened coconut cream. It's a little pricey, but my husband and I think it's worth EVERY euro. We strongly recommend this restaurant.

We found the rooms spacious, clean, and comfortable, and our cat was welcome too. Breakfast was simple and great, and the host was really nice. The hotel has the same feel as Steinwenden village, comfortable and very clean, with a slightly old-fashioned charm.

I only stopped for lunch after spotting the Thai restaurant sign, since I didn't stay at the hotel. The food was fresh and authentic, and the woman who welcomed me was lovely. She made recommendations and even offered to prepare something off the menu if I wanted a change. I'll definitely come back.

The food is amazing, as you'd expect, but the owners' kindness and service really won me over. They spotted my boys outside by the cars, gave me gummy snacks, then tucked them into the fries as a surprise for the kids. I wasn't expecting that at all, and it makes me plan to be a long-time customer. Tip top service. I also got a free bottle of wine with my order! 😁 Try this place!!!!!
