It’s a peaceful spot, with a lovely garden and a well-equipped apartment. There’s a nice old church across the street, and Stolpen old town is about a 1km walk away. A supermarket is very close, and by car it’s easy to reach Bastei and Elbe. The hosts were friendly too.

We decided on a few days here at short notice and had a lovely stay. The apartment was modern, very clean, and well equipped, with everything needed for small children too. We can wholeheartedly recommend the accommodation.

We came back for a short break after staying here in 2017, and thankfully the place is just as good. The furnishings, overall condition, and cleanliness are excellent, and all the essentials were supplied, including towels, bed linens, toilet paper, and soap. The low ceilings are something to keep in mind if you’re over 1.90 m (6'3"), especially around the doorways where you could bump your head. It’s easy to drive to all parts of the Elbe Sandstone Mountains. We’ll be back for a third visit!

There’s a lovely terrace where you can even barbecue, and the apartment also has a washing machine. The kitchen is fully set up for self-catering, right down to a baking pan. It’s spacious, modern, spotless, and quiet, with everything you might need. A perfect apartment.
