The internet barely worked, even for checking Google Maps, so we had to rely on our phone data for everything. The place itself was extremely clean and well kept, and they cleaned the room every day. From outside, the beautiful Jungenstil house looked like it would be more charming inside, but I didn't find that to be the case. We slept in an added garage on the side of the house.

I asked for a different pillow when I booked, and they arranged it. Thanks! The room was very quiet even though it faced the parking lot, so I could sleep with the window open, and the bed was comfortable. The welcome from Ms. Wegener was so warm that I felt at home right away, and all the staff were friendly and attentive. It's easy to leave the car parked and walk to the city center and pedestrian zone in just a few minutes. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with a mix of buffet and table service for cold cuts, rolls, and coffee. A power outlet by the bed would be handy, and a cosmetic mirror would have been nice. Highly recommended!

The center is a pleasant 10-minute walk through a park, and it's very quiet here. We spent a week at Villa Beer. The rooms are spacious enough and practically furnished, and breakfast had lots of variety. The breakfast room is also a nice place to spend time in the evening.

We came down to find cold cuts and delicious fruit tea brought straight to the table. Breakfast was fantastic. The hotel itself was nice, on a pleasant street lined with trees.
