You feel at home as soon as you arrive. Check-in was simple, and the woman on site was polite and helpful. The rooms and apartments are furnished with care; the apartments are modern, stylish, and thoughtfully laid out. Their location by the water in the old town is fantastic. Highly recommended.

The only nearby parking is in a garage or paid lots. We stayed two nights in Studio 2, and the little apartment was nicely furnished, very clean, and in excellent condition. The mattress was the exception, it felt really worn out. It was also a bit noisy, which is why I took off a star.

When arrival was delayed, they handled it with understanding and kindly went the extra mile right up to the last minute. That, along with the fact that we want to check in at the same place again instead of anywhere else in Hamburg, says a lot. We'll be booking many more nights. Thank you!

Everything is furnished beautifully, and nothing is missing. It all looks modern and well kept. The problem is the noise, which comes from both inside the building and the street.
