The bathroom supplies were pretty sparse for two guys staying two nights, just one tiny soap and a few drops of shampoo. Our room also wasn't serviced during those two days. Still, it was a good stay overall, with clean rooms and a good breakfast. The location is excellent for the Altstadt and harbour, directly across from the Oceaneum. The station is about a 20-minute walk away.

The owners were exceptionally friendly, and the breakfast room felt very cozy. Cleanliness was impeccable, and parking is available for an extra fee. Still, the room was tiny and really just suited for sleeping, with furnishings that seemed quite cheap. The small, firm bed made it hard to sleep. I was right by the floor entrance, so I heard the doors opening and closing that everyone on the floor uses. Street noise came through too, from traffic on the cobbled street in the old town. The owners' friendliness makes me glad I stayed, but with these issues, I won't be coming back.

The location is right by the ocean, next to the fish and chips boats, with plenty of little restaurants and bars nearby. It was spotlessly clean, the breakfast was generous and kept being replenished, and everyone was very nice. A lovely guesthouse that I highly recommend.
