Both the landlord and the owner live in the house, which led to a few misunderstandings at first. They were both very friendly, though, and the room was clean. Some windows wouldn’t open, and the common room wasn’t very clean or well kept. It really needs renovating. It takes a bit of getting used to.

The contact person was very friendly, and the rooms were okay, but they need renovation. The common room was really dirty. We stayed for a weekend, and it’s not somewhere we’d want to return to.

The area is great for hiking, and the staff were friendly. We had lovely rooms and found the stay relaxing and pleasant. I’d highly recommend it.

The breakfast was poor, especially for the price.
