The staff were especially kind and welcoming to everyone, which really made the place feel special. The atmosphere was cozy and stylish, the food was delicious, and the drinks at the lovely bar were excellent. Free breakfast was a big bonus and a great way to start the day. Highly recommended!

I came back because I'd been here three years ago and remembered the authentic local food. This time I ordered the asparagus special, nicely prepared with a very rich hollandaise sauce. It was a bit pricey, though, especially compared with other restaurants. I'd put it at $$$.

The beer garden and brass band were so loud that I asked for a refund after being in the room for about 20 minutes. The manager offered only 50% back and said the bed was “dirty,” which was rubbish. During the argument, I accidentally used the informal form of address in my poor German and may have been a bit loud, but I was never abusive. The manager then hit me several times in the head and threw my bag into the street. I may have used an informal address, but that was all. The court case is pending. Do not stay at this hotel.

The staff at the desk were very nice, and the place is good overall for an affordable price. The rooms are really good, though you have to ask for amenities. It's close to the city center and general stores.

The employees were nice, and it’s a good-looking place. The food was pretty good too.
