The service was so friendly, and everything we ate was delicious and looked lovely on the plate. We tried the place for the first time a few days ago and left absolutely delighted. We’ll definitely come back! 🥰

The portion of gyros was generous, and it was crisp on the outside while still juicy and tender. Honestly, one of the best I’ve ever had. The schnitzel with fried potatoes was very good too, and the sambal sauce reminded me of the “schnitzel del sol” at Café del sol. The price seemed fair. We tried Nickelodeon for the first time today, ordering a large gyro plate and the schnitzel. It’s great that they’re offering delivery and takeout during COVID. We’ll order again for sure, please keep it up!

Nickel is a regular fixture right in the heart of Brinkum. The food’s delicious, and with the change in ownership, a full kitchen renovation, and outdoor seating in summer, it feels much more comfortable than it used to.

The value for money is excellent, and the service was superb, really attentive too. It’s cozy inside and out, and the food was just what I asked for: good, traditional German fare.
