I stayed just one night and checked out before 10 in the morning, but they charged me for an extra day. When I asked why, they said their business rules meant I had to pay for two nights even though I'd only stayed one. So I had to pay for two nights and leave. The shower wasn't working and I had to ask for help. The room smelled bad and had no ventilation. My bed wasn't clean, the pillow smelled, and there was dirt and long hair on the floor. The management and customer service were unprofessional, and the service was poor across the board. Go and find out for yourself.

I lived here for three weeks and felt comfortable. For the price, it's a good place, and the staff were very helpful. You get your own room, but no bathroom. The toilets, showers, and kitchen are shared, and you can cook with utensils from reception. Laundry costs 5 Euro to wash and dry in the basement. The bed and floor are cleaned once a week.

I stayed one night here on 2019.8.29. There were bugs on my unclean pillow, and they frightened me. No staff were on duty that night, so I couldn't find anyone to move me or replace anything. I complained at the front desk the next morning. The person there said humid weather could bring moths or bugs. I only asked for an email telling me how they planned to address it, but by October, after my trip, nothing had arrived. That's why I'm writing this review. I can put up with a shared restroom, noise, or basic furniture in a cheaper room. Cleanliness is essential everywhere.

The only real downside is that rooms are cleaned weekly rather than every day. Otherwise, it's a good option for either a short or longer stay, and the shared kitchen is useful. Lidl, Aldi, and Penny are just 300 meters away.

It's cheap and the staff are friendly, and that's about all it has going for it. The kitchen is pretty sad, just a sink and stove, so bring your own cups and plates. The bathroom is good, though. If all you need is somewhere functional, it could work.
