Haykel from the registration service was especially kind and caring, welcoming and ready to help. That sort of personal touch makes a real difference. I’m very grateful for the incredible hospitality and attention throughout my stay. Everything was handled warmly and professionally, and both the food and service were outstanding.

We were about 30 minutes from the city center by public transport, which was the one downside. If that distance doesn’t bother you, it’s fine. Our Common King room was even better than expected. A couple of small things were missing at first, but reception brought them promptly. The staff were all friendly and eager to help, and the service was excellent. Breakfast had a good range of food and drinks. There’s a restaurant if you’d rather stay in for lunch or dinner, plus a bar, sauna, fitness area, and what looked like a conference room. I really enjoyed the stay.

UPDATE 2025-11-11: The property manager got in touch and refunded half my stay. He said they had recently taken over the property and were working on improvements. The customer service was very good. ORIGINAL REVIEW: The location near Cannstatter Volksfest was the only reason this wasn’t a one-star stay. Check-in was packed, with one support staff member trying to get everyone through while seeming overwhelmed. Someone in an open office about 10 feet away looked uninterested, and another staff member glanced out before walking away. The staff overall came across as confused, overwhelmed, and disinterested. The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained. There was water staining on the ceiling, broken shampoo dispensers, a shower shelf coming off the wall, and holes and stains in the carpet. The thermostat looked about 100 years old and couldn’t cool the room. The breakfast area and restaurant were nice, though nothing special. Unless you really need this location, I’d look elsewhere. I shared this feedback with Hilton and said I’d update the review if I heard back.

Our first room had a window that wouldn’t close, but the staff quickly moved us to another one. It was clean and comfortable, with a sauna in every room :-)). The location is great for the bus and the Mercedes Museum, which is a must visit.
