I’ve travelled to all 195 countries, so I can appreciate how well this hotel is run. From housekeeping and conferences to dining and management, the focus on giving guests a good experience is clear. SERENA at the front desk deserves special praise for outstanding service and efficiency.

The room was comfortable, the breakfast delicious, and the staff attentive. The S-Bahn stop is right outside, which makes the location great. A special thank you to Jose at the bar, whose amazing cocktails made our evening memorable.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. My room was robbed during a business trip in summer, and I got no support from the hotel. I reported it to the police and followed the required procedures, but as someone from another country who doesn’t speak German, it was difficult to follow up after the police report. I left my contact details with the hotel several times, yet management never got in touch or helped with the case. They have insurance, but offered no assistance in recovering even part of the value of my belongings.

The staff were the highlight. We arrived late, but check-in was quick and very friendly. As an IHG member, I could choose a welcome drink or points, and I took the points. They also gave us drink vouchers and covered our parking, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of local, Western, and Asian options. The room was clean and spacious enough for our family of three, though the bathroom felt tired and perhaps 20-30 years old. It’s a handy base for business trips around Stuttgart or a visit to the Porsche Museum in Zuffenhausen.

I’ve loved staying at this hotel for years. The staff, rooms, breakfast, and cleanliness are all perfect.
