My plans changed, and I needed an extra bed, but that wasn't possible in the room I'd booked. I didn't end up staying here, yet the reception helped arrange a room at another nearby hotel and let me cancel for free. Fantastic service, thanks Sabile!

BEWARE!! I found this hotel dishonest and disrespectful. They lie about room prices, and when they agree to cancel your stay, they scam you on the refund amount. They also lie about being pet friendly. As others have said, the hotel smells terrible. This was a nightmare, and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemies. I had to call bookingdotcom for help dealing with a hotel that wouldn't cooperate. Calling this place a hotel doesn't feel right, it felt more like a hell hole. I tried contacting management by phone and message numerous times. I believe many complaints have been filed with local authorities. Places like this shouldn't be in business and should be shut down.

The room was tiny and not properly cleaned. Even after I specifically asked, there was no toilet paper. The service barely existed, and I strongly advise against checking in here.

Sabile was especially kind, attentive, and accommodating. I called her many times, even at night, and she was always there to help. Her dedication made me feel very well looked after. My stay at the Walton Hotel was fantastic. The location is perfect, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Thank you so much, I'd love to come back!
