They seem to cater to groups, like school classes, and don't want solo travelers or small groups. They denied me services, and I didn't get the breakfast I'd paid for. When I asked at the property, they just said they'd change their website. I never received what I'd paid for, and staff abruptly interrupted me while I was trying to eat breakfast. I also had to go to reception with the cleaning lady, who screamed at me loudly. I still didn't get breakfast, and my day was already ruined. They didn't care and took the money anyway. Later they gave me 7 euros back for breakfast. I had to leave my room early, and there was no proper shower, etc. It was really loud, and the area was horrible. Don't stay there!

The breakfast was filling, with plenty to choose from, and I could leave our luggage in the storage room after checkout until it was time to leave Stuttgart. Getting to the hostel takes about 10 minutes from the city center on the U15 tram, with Eugensplatz roughly a three-minute walk away. Reception is reachable by elevator, and check-in went smoothly. I was given a room in the adjoining building. It was simple and clean, with enough space, though the bed was small. There was a large desk, two chairs, a heater and a wardrobe. The bathroom was clean and roomy, hot water worked fine, and towels, soap and other amenities were provided. Laundry and a dryer were available for an extra charge.

The area is peaceful and the dorm is one of the best places to stay. Highly recommended. The closest tram stop is Eugensplatz.

Breakfast was hearty and really good, and they can keep your bags after checkout if your onward travel is later. The rooms were tidy, as were the shared toilets and showers inside them. Great value for the price. Definitely recommend 👌🏻

The fruit at breakfast was a real highlight, especially the pineapple, watermelon and melon, and the rest of breakfast was good too. We liked our room and its great view, though there was nowhere by the bed to charge our phones. On the second morning, at 8:30, someone opened our door. We said, “SORRY!” and she immediately apologized and shut it. We still have no idea what happened. We had a great stay overall and would recommend the place.
