The people were super nice and welcoming, the rooms were cleaned daily, and nothing was missing. The location is great, and there are quite a few places to park nearby, though finding a spot may be harder when it's busy and warm. We were there for work, so it was okay for that, but we wouldn't return. Our rooms smelled enough that we had to keep the windows open. Since they faced the road, traffic noise made sleeping difficult. The soft beds left all three of us uncomfortable, with sore backs each morning. We had one single and one double room, and it was useful that the beds could be moved. The room sizes were odd: the single was tiny and the double huge. Breakfast was basic, with bread, cereal, coffee, salads, boiled eggs and some fruit. Nothing especially interesting, though the Franke coffee machine was the best part.

We left early and switched to another hotel, which cost us a lot, but was worth every penny. The hotel wouldn't refund the nights we gave up. The showers kept swinging from scalding steam to icy water, no matter how we set them, as if the pumps couldn't keep up with the pressure. Breakfast was awful, with brown oranges, almost no choice and no hot food. Reception closes every day, there's no restaurant, and nowhere nice to eat within a short walk. Rooms were basic, with just three hangers, no iron, and a noisy location. I wouldn't come back. Avoid it.

Anges at reception gave us a wonderful welcome. She was so helpful while we checked in and, late at night, immediately helped us with parking and our bags. We really appreciated her service. Keep up the good work.

Breakfast was very good, cleaning was okay, and the expo was just a six-minute walk away. We stayed in room No.8 in the second building during Blech Expo. The room was cold even after I asked reception twice, and I think it was below 15°C in the morning. The hotel was noisy, especially in the morning, with very little sound insulation between rooms. At 06:00 am, trucks loading laundry at the back made a huge racket for twenty minutes. The price was too high for what was offered, and I wouldn't recommend it.
