We felt very comfortable in this charming, somewhat smaller hotel. The rooms are large and lovely, with views over the surrounding countryside. The place is new or modernized. Staff were very friendly both at check-in and check-out, and at the breakfast buffet.

The rooms were very clean and comfortably furnished, and the cleaning staff were thorough and attentive. Service overall was courteous and helpful. During my stay, the internet was upgraded to high speed. The hotel is beautiful and peaceful, on the Große Meer lake in Bedekaspel. It's a great base for cycling and hiking around East Frisia. A very good choice.

There are meadows, nature and horses right on the grounds of this small hotel. It's a good base for trips and sightseeing around East Frisia, from the North Sea coast to Emden or Aurich. The "Großes Meer" (Great Sea) is about 2 km away.

The hotel is relatively new, in a quiet natural setting, about 1 km from "Grosse Meer". Breakfast is included and good. There's no restaurant of its own, so guests are directed to the Hotel Landhaus, which was very nice and tasty. I booked a room with a private terrace and got a nice, large room.

It's in a lovely, idyllic spot a little off the beaten track. Watching the cows grazing in the morning was calming. The breakfast buffet was adequate, and a small mix-up with the key safe combination was sorted out quickly.
