A quiet neighborhood, a very clean and pleasant place, and really nice owners. I'd recommend it 😀👍

For anyone wanting some peace and quiet, this is a great choice. The location is very calm, the apartments and rooms are lovely, and the owner is very nice. The water is just a five-minute walk away. Highly recommended. :)

The apartment had so many thoughtful details, which you don't come across everywhere. We arrived before the agreed time and couldn't get in yet, but that was no trouble. They took our cooler bag and put its contents in the fridge while we went to explore the lovely surroundings. Thanks for letting us spend our holiday in such a nice place. We could say we'll be back soon, but we want to see other lovely places too. Still, we can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to family, friends, acquaintances, and everyone else. There are four holiday apartments in a terraced house in a quiet spot. The west-facing terrace gets sunset views, and the place is nicely furnished at first glance. Ludorf is very sleepy and has no shops, though Röbel, five kilometers away, has all the discount supermarket chains. You can order bread rolls the day before at the campsite a kilometer away, and twice a week a baker's van honks outside the house. The location and the basic idea earned two stars, but the execution let us down. The worst part was the building work during our stay. There were hours of hammering on Sunday, then on Monday they demolished masonry with a sledgehammer. On Tuesday, they replaced a window with a patio door. When I complained, the owner/landlady (?) said they only had two days to do it, or they wouldn't be able to for three months. She also said, "You're in the construction industry. You must know how difficult it is to find tradespeople." The claim that they rang the doorbell on Sunday before the hammering isn't true, and even if they had, it wouldn't have stopped the work from happening, would it? Cleaning also seemed inadequate. I wondered if we were the first guests of the season because the place smelled strongly of insect repellent. There were lots of dead flies and mosquitoes on the windowsills, and cobwebs and dirty windows that badly needed attention. I vacuumed up the flies myself, using the vacuum cleaner, which only worked thanks to all the tape around the handle and hose connection. The terrace needed sweeping too, so I did that myself. Some of the furnishings felt like a jumble: assorted upholstered furniture, a TV parked on the gallery, a desk missing its handle, mismatched bedroom furniture and a broken blackout blind in the children's room. Painting the living room had covered old, unused wall plugs and lamp holders, though I don't care where the lamps used to be. There are other things that could be improved as well. The terrace was being used to store extra chairs. Four plastic chairs sat around the table and four metal ones were stacked in a corner, but there were only two cushions for all eight. A wooden frame, roughly 2.20 x 1.30 meters, leaned pointlessly in the other corner. More furnishings were left on display along the garden's south gable end. The garbage area isn't very convenient for guests in the front apartment. Four bins in wooden boxes are placed around that apartment's entrance. They could go in the parking space, but an old car is rotting away there.

Very clean and cozy, in a quiet, secluded location. The beach is only a five-minute scooter ride away. Great place.
