The New York Bar is a lovely spot to unwind, and there’s plenty of parking. It works well for a short airport stay, with the basics covered and a good breakfast. There’s also a shopping mall about 10 minutes away on foot, and Aldi's is around a 20-minute walk.

The hotel is out of the way, and at this price I’d expect much better options in Frankfurt. The rooms feel very dated and need renovation. At reception, the blonde woman seemed stressed, rushed, and overwhelmed. She was extremely unfriendly and annoyed, and her English was very poor. When we arrived, though, a different woman who was on a trial basis was very friendly and helped us quickly and professionally.

The view was nice, and I enjoyed going for walks. The conference rooms were alright, and breakfast was okay, I suppose. I didn’t try the gym, but I heard it was really bad, so it may not suit you if you need one. My room’s curtains were fine, but the floormat had some kind of liquid spots that never went away after I arrived. Honestly, disgusting. The shower hose had such a weak flow that it was hard to shower, and the bed cover was much too small. The bed itself was huge and a bit hard, though I personally like a hard mattress. This hotel isn’t a 4 and needs lots of improvements.

I had to file a claim with my bank after getting no response from the hotel. My concerns had already been sent to management twice through a legal representative, but both complaints were ignored entirely. Several basic services advertised were not provided during my stay, and the staff's treatment was unprofessional and unacceptable, except for Ms. Schmidt and Mr. Amir, if I have the names right. A hotel in this category should never treat guests this way. Extremely disappointing, unprofessional, and absolutely not recommended.

It felt like the hotel was set up mainly for conferences. The food was quite average, and the menu stayed traditional, with nothing to surprise you in either a good or bad way. Maintenance didn’t seem up to the mark, and service was just average.
