The location worked well for us, with shops around a 10-15 minute walk away and activities easy to reach by car. We were unlucky with the construction site during our stay, though, so we had to walk a bit. Inside, the penthouse felt modern and cozy, and the fully automatic coffee machine was handy. Our family of five stayed for a few days, and communication with the landlord was very good. He was accommodating, too. There were a few things that could be better. The walls and ceiling had lots of mosquito bloodstains and could use fresh paint. Cleaning could have been more thorough, and we noticed dust mites and similar things, especially in the alcove. Some chairs were wobbly, so the furniture could do with replacing. We also could have used more crockery, since we ended up running the dishwasher every day. The drinks in the fridge cost extra, and complimentary drinks as a welcome would be a nice touch. It was a nice place, with room for improvement.
