Gaadt-Hues

We had a spacious, comfortable room, and it was great that dogs could stay too, with a special bed and food dishes provided. There’s a restaurant and bar on site, plus plenty of free parking nearby. The resort is right on the beach, with very friendly, welcoming service and high-quality facilities. The price felt justified for this kind of hotel, and we’d recommend staying here again.

The place looks pretty, but the management was incompetent, and the price made it hard to accept the problems. We were there for five days in Sylt/westerland. When it was time to leave, they couldn't process a credit card payment and kept messing about until we had to go, nearly making us miss our flight. In the end we had to pay part in cash, and we'll be stuck with all the extra transaction charges, on top of an already expensive stay. They also charged us by mistake for using the sauna. There was no internet, just three hotspots that only worked partly, and the manager kept saying they were too busy to speak with us. Calling this a luxury hotel is a complete joke. There are many better places to stay nearby. Stay far away.

Everyone on staff was incredibly kind and made a real effort to make us feel comfortable. The service was amazing. I can only recommend this hotel.

The staff were especially good with children. Breakfast was fantastic, and the service was excellent. A great hotel.
