From the 14th floor, the highest you can stay on Sylt, the views were fantastic, with gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. You can hear music from the bandstand as a free extra. There are three elevators and every comfort is provided. We wrapped up a lovely day with good wine. Hard to beat! 🍷🍷🌞🌞

The Brandenburg beach and pedestrian area are right beside the building, and the location is hard to beat. Be sure to choose an apartment with a lake view from the 4th floor or higher. There is bike storage and underground parking, though after settling in, we leave the car for the whole stay in the free lot on Fischerweg.

Some of the apartments have been beautifully renovated and come with fantastic views. The location is prime, and the quality and functionality make this a top choice. We'll be back!

We were in apartment 178 on the 8th floor, and the sea view was easily its best feature. The place wasn't clean, with dirt in the corners. The cooking gear looked like it came from the 1960s, cupboards held food that had expired years ago, and the shoe cupboard was broken. The bed creaked terribly, and there weren't even garbage bags in the bins. It feels like making money is the main concern. The prices are exorbitant for a sea view.

Apt. 245, 10th floor. The location and the view are perfect, but the apartment's general condition takes away from the experience.
