The rooms were okay, but the stay was stressful. I didn't see staff around, apart from someone vacuuming the corridors noisily at 8 AM every day. There was construction noise inside and outside, coming from all over. It felt like a nightmare. The beachfront building on Sylt is also ugly, like a hospital, and spoils the beautiful seafront.

We could enjoy the sea view from a warm room, which mattered in February. The location right on the beach is unique, and the room was spacious with very comfortable beds. Staff were attentive and took care of requests promptly.

For a small hotel with 30 beds, the breakfast was excellent, with fresh coffee and tea and eggs made to order in any style. My little single room worked well for a business trip to Sylt, and I had everything I needed, including a well-stocked minibar I didn't use and daily newspapers. The rooms are all different and very clean. I was welcomed by name with a handwritten sign and fresh flowers, and everyone on staff was incredibly friendly. The hotel looks like a concrete box from outside, but inside it's a gem with a long family tradition. I felt very comfortable and will choose it again for its direct beachfront location. Thanks to the whole team, until next time on Sylt.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the rooms have a stylish nautical design. The location is exquisite, too. I'll be back! ☀️🌊
