This place seems set up for corporate events and large groups, and regular guests don't seem to matter much. I'd avoid it if you're not part of a big corporate group. We stayed three nights, but our room was never cleaned, even after we asked. There was no food for us because it was all booked by other guests, and they only provide food for larger groups or corporate guests. This is especially useful to know when you're in the middle of nowhere. We weren't greeted, just asked for our passport and full address. My national driver's license and photo ID weren't enough, and neither was the address already in their system. The service felt unfriendly and impersonal, and the overall level of service was low. That's how they make their money, and those are the guests they cater to.

I found the atmosphere relaxed, and the rooms were comfortable. The staff were friendly, too. I had a wonderful stay at LÉGÈRE HOTEL Wiesbaden-Taunusstein, with a great location and excellent value. I'd happily come back.

The breakfast had plenty of good options for all tastes. Nice hotel, about 15 Minutes by car from Wiesbaden-City.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the place itself. The hotel is in a beautiful location, clean and pleasant, and the staff are friendly and speak multiple languages. Breakfast had excellent choices, and even our 1 year old had something to look forward to. I appreciated the hotel's effort to save water by not cleaning rooms every day, but it would have been good to have the soap gels filled up completely and the drinking water bottles left in the room, as stated in the package. My only other complaint was the bed. We had said we didn't need a baby cot because our son would sleep with us, but instead of a double or queen bed, we got two single beds pushed together. In response to the owner's reply, I want to repeat that we had no complaint about the room itself, and we did not have a king size bed, just two singles joined together. That's uncomfortable even for a couple on a getaway. I doubt hotel policy should dictate how guests sleep. We understand the hotel hosts many conferences and that single beds may be more economical, but attention to detail matters in hospitality. Still, thank you for your hospitality.

Friendly staff, a delightful and generous breakfast, and free parking. The room was great, with thoughtful design, comfortable bedding, and a nice bathroom with quality amenities. The bedside electric socket has an extension plug, but there's only one, which isn't enough. That could be improved.
