That morning was such a treat: breakfast had been set out just for me, with an amazing view, and everything tasted delicious. The hotel staff were really friendly too. I spent two days here on my own to unwind, and the traditional Bavarian style of my room and the breathtaking scenery made it a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. I’d definitely recommend it.

The room was really big, and the restaurant was amazing, with very tasty food. The staff were perfect, and I had such a good stay at this wonderful hotel. I’d absolutely recommend it and will be back for sure.

The meal was excellent and the servings were generous. For a fine dining place in the area, it also didn’t seem expensive. We had an entertaining evening, thanks to the attentive service, which felt personal without being intrusive. Friends had suggested the restaurant, and we were glad we listened. The setting is hard to beat. The weather kept us from sitting outside, but even from indoors the view was breathtaking. Thanks for a great evening. I’d try the hotel next time I’m in Tegernsee.

We’d planned to celebrate my wife’s birthday at Leeberghof, a restaurant that’s usually very good, but the waiters didn’t coordinate well and the evening felt unpleasant. We were shown a table and asked to wait while it was cleaned. While we waited, guests from another table noticed it was ready and were moved there instead. In the end, we were seated at their old table.

The latest menu was a real feast for the senses. The chef has brought back some great ideas from trips to Asia, and the Asian fusion works beautifully while still reflecting the local dishes it comes from. Wonderful. The location overlooking Tegernsee and the landscape is so calming, and we’ve stayed here many times and always enjoy it. It can be hard to get a room, as of joy 12 available. Do visit the restaurant, too!
